Should that not be " inalterable " ? and surely " benefits that derive from..."

I can nit-pick with the best of them....

I've voted yes, but in reality I think it depends what you are aiming for. I didn't have a classical education (in fact, I was never taught how to puncuate, construct sentences etc - I learnt it all myself) and I've had no problems so far.
Classical in terms of thought in disciplines such as philosophy and science is really useful. But classical economics (which I have studied) is getting outdated.

Yeah, I guess it is useful. But not vital.

I think someone is messing with my head. I cannot believe I used the incorrect 'their'.

The reason I have not commented is that I am not getting emails telling me that there are replies on all the threads and also when I go onto the overall page not all my 'unread threads' are marked, I am having to look at dates and times.

Is anyone else having similar trouble?

I too have had problems recently with the unread threads not being marked . Thought it was probably my computer - but perhaps not!

Clear your cookies - that sometimes helps.

The auto-email appears to happen periodically, rather than every time - not sure what drives it, but seems to be working fine for me. Let me know if still seeing problems.

So did I, it was just that I was terrified of Miss Blench!
