it offers us a view of past, inbetween, merged and recent - and allows those of us who had a rough time to talk about it without feeling that we are being tratiorus. It's a means to an end in some cases - there is much that all of us suffered, enjoyed, took for granted etc that we can share in here, and as new OB's or not yet OB's read the site so they can contribute and learn that although they may think they have the worst time we can prove they are probably having the best!

I take your point Jude. With that in mind, if there are any blues reading this post and suffering bullying, I was on the wrong end of some when I was at CH. It made me much stronger when I left, to be honest the person who made my life hard deserves a pint if I ever meet him. Nobody has been able to get the better of me since. He taught me how to stand up for myself.

We have had a thread in here about being bullied-it's amazing just how horrible both girls and boys can be! You should read poor Midget's comments!

it's amsazing how many people seemed to suffer - some seem to be stronger - others not managed to adjust (I don't think I have really - I would like my time again knowing what I know now.... )

I wouldn't have missed it for anything, despite all the problems, I adored being at CH and like many a boy, cried when I walked out of chapel and then heard the band strke up sussex by the sea. Knowinh that was the last time I would hear it in housie put a lump the size of a golf ball in my throat.
