My daughter phoned her brother to come and get rid of a HUGE spider (so she says) in the end as he refused to she ordered a pizza for him to deliver and then he had to remove the spider!!!

i think she was more worried about damage to shoes!!!
My parents cats are always bringing things in, once it was a frog-that was interesting trying to remove!!!
Funniest was mouse that was still alive brought into parents bedroom at night and woke my dad by running across head!!! I laugh at it but would NOT have found it amusing in the least

tee hee!!! I think we could start a thread on "What animals bring in for treats"!!! We have had leaves, mice, shrews, birds, slo-worms (very crunchy yuch!) and worst of all a young rat - now rats and I do not mix - when working from home I saw this rat crawl in through the gate (one of these metal things) and it WAS HUGE - I mean - at least 2' long and a 3' tail and about 7' wide! and all I could do was stare at it - I did manage to get the phone and started phoning every male I knew to come and take it away - I even phoned the council - but the rat catcher was out already - I stood there like stone for about 2 hours - I couldn't move incase it came to the patio door and came in and bit me.... I don't like rats..... I VERY MUCH don't like Rats.......blondie95 wrote:i think she was more worried about damage to shoes!!!

I once had a whole household of screaming females on chairs at the sight of a rat twice the size of my little pussy that brought it in. It just stood up in the corner and raised its fists at me as much as to say come on if you dare. I think it must have been the brother of yours, Jude - certainly it was a difficult situation for me at the time - I felt it necessary to keep my distance while I reasoned with it.
