back on topic for a mo
i was taught to eat everything on my plate and always would
felt guilty if wasted food
then went through realisation that if i wanted to lose weight I shouldn't feel guilty
took a while for the brain to catch up with this overwhelming concept but i'm there now
so it is not wrong to stop eating if you're full
ha!
