I think that we will suggest to the CHA board that we will make a version of the Blue available on a CD at a mimimal cost - probably 80p. If members want to have a paper version then that can be ordered on demand - this will cost around a £5 plus post and packaging. The paper version of the Blue '06 will be ready to go on line asap. I imagine that it will be hosted on the Christs Hospital school site with a link in the Forum and the CHA site. Downloading music is only a problem so far as copyright law is concerned. This may proove to be very expensive unless all the music is classical or out of copyright.

I had a quick glimpse through the Blue yesterday at Dad's and it looks great!

One point though - I thought the notes for the leaving staff were quite short - especially as some had been at the school for a number of years!

Having just been on the CHA website itsays that The Blue is available to download. However when I clicked on the link it downloaded The Old BLue.

All the individual pdfs downloaded satisfactorily except the Leavers and Old Blues one which said it was unavailable.

Any ideas?

I've just fixed this on the CHA site.

Here's the link to the full pdf:-
The Blue 2005 to 2006

That's better. By the way 14.5 Meg files are nothing when you have a new router. It downloaded in the blink of an eye.

BTW once again I am not getting 'new posts' showing orange.

No problem with that here, Mary, but I'm no longer able to tell if a specific person is on line by looking for the little green light beside their name on a specific post !

This is probably something which was in the Profile CP control panel mod - not planning to put it back on unless we have to.

RE. the "new posts" problem - you'll need to clear out your cookies and/or temporary internet files, and it should work again for you.
You shouldn't need to clear all the cookies - if you look in the cookies folder (usually c:\documents and settings\yourPCusername\cookies) and find anything like "yourPCusername@www.chforum[1].txt" and delete those...
