I was born in Treliske too.

But anyway. they say capitals but i *bet* they put new york in there by mistake. Despite Washington being the home of the questionable IMF and World Bank, New York is where all the financial decisions are made in the most important country in the world.

I'd say that it would be Beijing, New York and London. Japan is suffering still from the recession and the structural problems so I wouldn't personally put it in the top three. Though Singapore could be an important one too and Dubai will be one day - its all about where strategic decisions are made, not where political decisions are made.
