No, I said it was the Plymouth train (which it was) but that I was going to Castle Cary....

Yes, Kerren I have.

Actually I've had another letter from them which is a bit more crawling but no less unsatisfactory. Will post a copy of it next week.

Have they offered any kind of refund?
