Thanks, Maggie. Sady I will be at my work "summer" party tonight and therefore will be unable to feast my eyes on the Gorgeous One. However, I am glad that they chose Her to front a program as important sounding as "Saving Planet Earth".midget wrote:Marty, your Fiona is on BBC1, "Saving Planet Earth" Tuesday ie tomorrow.

My therapist says I have a preoccupation with vengeance. We’ll see about that.

Sorry you missed it, Marty. She was being carried on an elephant to find Bengal tigers, saw several and panicked when a large tiger roared at the group of mere humans. There was a delicious shot of her when she was being helped off the elephant, stumbled and fell in a most inelegant manner (base over apex to put it politely)

I spotted Fiona!
Did you see the Torygraph yesterday, Marty? An article all about your Fiona and a photo of her looking very elegant indeed.

Sadly no. I never buy newspapers. I'm sure she looked gorgeous as ever.Angela Woodford wrote:Did you see the Torygraph yesterday, Marty? An article all about your Fiona and a photo of her looking very elegant indeed.

I'm now conditioned to pick up Fiona News and relay it quickly!
Actually, I have a passion for fabulous actor Nathaniel Porter ("Inspector Lynley"). No matter how daft-and-improbable the plot, I drink it in just to gaze at him. Mmm. Mmm.
But Fiona is around for you a lot lately! She'll have dropped in your birthday present by now, I suppose -

He is a big racing fan and my husband met him, he said he is the nicest bloke ever. He was answering racing questions at £5.00 a throw for charity and some women were coming up to him and asking him loads of questions just to get close to him, he would answer them all very patiently and give them a kiss and an autograph.Angela Woodford wrote:I'm now conditioned to pick up Fiona News and relay it quickly!
