And though I oft have passed them by, a day may come at last when I will....

What?

Probably not my question anyway, but if anyone can answer mine and David's (ps. 1 as my answer - the one we all know of!), they get a cookie. :D

Dear JR

Assuming that you do look just like your avatar, I do not need to be told how cute you are - because of your resemblance to Panda (my ex avatar).

Have a lovely day.

who thinks that DBTS's avatar is, well, er, not cute, but definitely cuddly in a distinguished kind of way.

JDS, if I recall, the Cartmel Organ does sound good...

(Anything sounds better then the one at St Matt's in Redhill at the moment!)

But JR, I was able to recognise you immediately! Just like your avatar. Of course you are totally fabulous...

And, by the way, I am quite tall. Five foot three and three quarters is quite tall.

(JR thought I would be taller. :?)

I had a wander round the chapel when it was empty, except for a practising organist. To my great delight he broke out into "Old MacDonald Had a Farm", then seamlessly into "Bom bom bom-bom - the girl can't help it - "

I loved that.

Not likely, I bet she had a skirt just like that, she certainly had the legs for it. I don't think that my legs (or waistline) could cope nowadays. I do still have the skirt however.

If I answer the question, "Where is that damp sponge" correctly, does it get us back to questions and answers? Or even further off topic? I'm very confused. Anyway, it's in the bucket by the back door, dear.
Next question; which 1960s broadcaster and Times columnist was an old Blue?
