D.V.L.A. Spoilsports !
From a newsfeed....
The DVLA have stepped in to ban a list of naughty number-plates before the new 57 registrations arrive.
They were forced to act to stop cheeky drivers using the number combination to "spell out" offensive or controversial words.
Officials feared the figures 5 and 7 - on new plates from September - may be used to represent letters S and T or S and Y, reports The Sun.
That could have seen cars on the streets with registrations TE57 CLE (Test*cle), EC57 ASY (Ecstasy), BA57 ARD (B*stard), MY57 ASH (My Stash), H057 AGE (hostage) and HE57 ABS (stabs).
Also banned is EA57 GAL (Easy Gal).
A DVLA spokesman said the plates were blocked "to avoid causing "general offence or embarrassment".
So any others you can suggest they might have missed ?
I took this from another site, and one plate that springs to mind..
MR 51NGH ! Definitely would be banned anywhere near an airport !

being clobbered by an airport worker, having the contents of a fire extinguisher poured all over himenglishangel wrote:for what?
Thats called assault and battery and they will allege allegedly that it was this battery which killed him rather than the battery which did not set off the main explosive.
We'll see that airport worker in prison yet ...................... that's British justice
More seriously though, if they tried first aid and it was not totally successful then they can be sued and found guilty; the penalties are pretty extreme.
Working on the motor-racing tracks if we unsuccessfully tried to help an injured driver then we could easily lose our homes and possessions. Ditto the compulsory first aiders in any company - and there are companies which refuse to insure or indemnify their firstaiders against such risks.
That's British justice.

Has any one read The Consolation of Joe Cinqué? Makes me ashamed to be human, never mind a member of a particular nation.

(Can't say too much, they might be watching!)
The CIA gets a copy of every international interbank money transfer via the SWIFT system because manager Morgan Guaranty is an American company (forget that SWIFT is Luxembourgeoise). That means 90% or more of international bank payments and includes sender name and address and sometimes local account details, recipient name and bank and account details and often address, amount, purpose of payment (which can include details of goods shipped, invoice numbers and any associated message).
As for your above quoted message - They have that as well. Also almost anyone can get it free of change by doing a search on your name, moniker, or any word you used (though the latter would be time wasting). Remember, a year ago I traced an Old Blue who CHA seems to have lost to his street address in Montreal via a forum message he posted aduring a hurricane in Cuba in 2000. From that I was able to phone and confirm his identity. The internet can be used for a lot more than appears possible.
I was prepared to post my message because I am outside the UK and what I posted is not an offence here.
