Think this one is worth your support.
The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle). This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know http://www.thebreastcancersite.com

and they automaticaly ask whether you want a daily reminder to look at their site which is all to the good for them. A nice touch IMHOAjarn Philip wrote:Yup on all counts

Having more money doesn't make you happier. I have 50 million dollars
but I'm just as happy as when I had 48 million.

Sorry to put a downer on this guys but ' we are running out of hits 'is a bit of slick marketing to get more people onto their site. It appears they will donate mammograms at the rate of 1 for every 50,000+ clicks

Thanks for pointing this out, although i would like to say that I work for a charity who provide financial services to charities and have come into contact with many charities. The common battle is how to distinguish themselves from all the other same cause charities out there for people's support. The seemingly easy click for free button is a cheap way for the charity to get people onto the site without any thought of money being donated from the individualcstegerlewis wrote:Sorry to put a downer on this guys but ' we are running out of hits 'is a bit of slick marketing to get more people onto their site.
