Henley On Thames By- Election Result
A disaster for Labour or inconsequential given that you could attach a blue rosette to a pig in Henley and people would vote for it?

It would be inconsequential if it was just a Conservative victory. However, weren't Labour thrashed into fifth place behind the Lib Dems, Greens and BNP? They should be worried about that.

Live near Henley and previous post about votes and a pig in a blue rosette are quite correct - but losing deposits is a new thing for Labour! It would be inconsequential if it was just a Conservative victory. However, weren't Labour thrashed into fifth place behind the Lib Dems, Greens and BNP? They should be worried about that.
Have just looked at active topics and realised that in posting so many posts I am running a serious avoiding mowing the lawn campaign so am forced to withdraw from the fray. Have a nice afternoon all!

Mowing the lawn...... aaah I remember that, with three young adult children and a husband....I still end up doing it 9 times out of 10.
