Some strange games at the weekend, particularly France v. Ireland......

Pity about Murray, I don't think he was being particularly malicious. If someone had tackled me about 15 mins after I had passed the ball, I too would have wanted to disentangle myself and get on with the game. Shame he was a bit careless.

Roll on the next round!
I agree about Murray. Natural justice would have put them both in the sin bin. Unfortunately though under the letter of the law the ref was right. I don't think he was over happy at sending Murray off as I heard him say I've no option.

Fancy a job coaching the Welshies, then? Seems they're running out of options.

Ruddock gone, and that Aussie with the small shorts is off at the end of the season as well, I think....

Conspiracy theories abound (of course), a lot of them concerning the return (or otherwise) of that orange bloke to the squad. Most of the Welsh team might well prefer it if he moved to Pitcairn Island.

Re. the Scotland game, can't say anything but well done to the Sweaties.

England's back play does need a bit of attention, doesn't it?

I missed the game unfortunately as I was travelling home after watching Charlton Athletic v Aston Villa, a thrilling (not) 0-0 draw.

I listened to the radio commentary though and it did sound as though we won plenty of ball but squandered it.

The Sweaties at Murrayfield are undoubtedly our bogie side :(

Ugh! that was a terrible game. Ben Cohen should be shot! You can't drop the ball at international level even if it is wet! It was like they were playing netball or some other girly sport! (no offence to any netball players out there)
Two men lying in a bed, one rolled over to the other and said, 'I'm gonna lead me a life of danger, I'm gonna marry a WESSEX RANGER!'

There is a thread somewhere about Male versus female hockey, perhaps you should read it.

Not for the men apparently. It may be in the Hertford section becasue we were talking about staff v school.

Ho Ho Ho! This Topic seems to have gone remarkably silent --- I wonder why ?
I still think the Grand Slam will be decided --Ireland v Wales !
It seems a good strategy to send the Captain to the Sin-bin --- he then returns to score brilliantly ! !
