The Lions Tour

Post by CHAZ »

Given the exchanges during the 6 Nations and the Irish/Welsh comments, I am somewhat surprised that no one has started a thread on the current Lions tour of South Africa...

Not getting any coverage here in Luxemburg I have to suffice with reading the Internet and Sunday papers.

Looks as though the second test at altitude will be an interesting one and also note the high presence of Welsh players in the team. That should please some...

I'm certainly interested but refuse to give Murdoch my money so have had to rely on an indifferent highlights coverage.

From that limited perspective the main difference between the two teams appears to be their strength (laced with a bit of skullduggery possibly) up front.

Since when has 'gouging' been included in the noble sport ?

It should carry a LIFE-TIME ban !
