Whatever happened to the Rock School kids?
They are now in their last days at Housey. Josh, of course, is a major contributer to this forum, but what of the others? perhaps if they read this, they may give us an update on what they are doing now, their hopes and aspirations, where they will go to University or elsewhere. Come on - what news?
Meanwhile, you may be pleased to know that one, Rodney, is currently Senior Grecian and two others at least are button grecians - the only two in this charming photograph which I found on Faceebook.

No, Dudley's still here - as are all the others bar Jesse who left at the end of GE.

You missed a treat JR; the band were fabulous.
I'm hoping Josh or someone else took some photos; I have a few snippets of video but it was so crowded.
Wonderful end to the term

Beating Retreat was wonderful, as were the atmosphere and weather! The sense of pride felt for CH was amazing

yes, i've got some, will upload a few later...including the one where it took 6 people to hold Josh down to prise him out of his uniform for the last time (only joking)Momto2 wrote:You missed a treat JR; the band were fabulous.

Re: Whatever happened to the Rock School kids?
Thanks stpandp - will look forward to seeing those
LOL at Josh and his uniform - I didn't see him yesterday but it was lovely to see so many people there. We didn't leave until gone 5pm (packing up children etc) and there were still people picnicking on the Quad
Daughter has phoned at 11.30am ish - they were just waiting to go into the Eurotunnel for their tour of the Rhineland ... fab intinerary - hope they have a great time.

... have to say JR that most of the shoes I saw were showing definite signs of end-of-year fatigue

It was a lovely day, retreat for the first time since leaving was impressive, the h2b saw it for the first time and found it very good! Having been in the leavers service at lunchtime, the singing was fantasitc-all the grecians were really going for it one last time! I just couldnt believe it was 7years since my leavers service-it felt like i was back then again!
