This is all about self-moderation which seems to imply not too much of a good thing but what is "too much"?

I think that as far as this thread is concerned both Ruth and I have put forward ideas that are waiting upon a consensus before being formally put forward

I agree with the (now 8 page!) topic premise.....BUT, we would need a couple of new moderators, and Simon and I have been thinking about it may approach a couple of people at some point in the next couple of days.

We've thought about putting it to a vote, but then thought "Sod it, it's too much like hard work!".........so have decided to make executive decisions on them!!
