Another Event on OB's Day - BHF London/Brighton Bike Rid

Post by cstegerlewis »

All,

I have been roped into/volunteered to join a team from my work doing the British Heart Foundation London 2 Brighton Cycle Ride on 17th June. As is usual for these events, I am after generous donations which through wonders of technology you can do here http://www.bhf.org.uk/sponsor/craigstegerlewis

If you would rather not put your details through the web please PM or email me at csteglewis@aol.com.

Note that as well as the usual Gift Aid bonus for taxpayers, your donation will effectively be doubled as my company will match 1 for 1 any donations made.

Thanks for your time.

Hello Craig
You have not yet had any answers to this.. so I say Good On You, and I hope you will not be too saddle-sore at the end of 17 June.
We will be sorry that you can't be in two places at once, but I for one will give you a little bit of support for the BHF (will go through the web link).
Let's all pray for good weather... on all counts!
Let us know how you get on?
Kerren

One of the GPs I worked for did this with some other members of the local Primary Care Trust a couple of years ago, walked like John Wayne for a week afterwards.

We alredy covenant to BHF as in-laws both died of heart trouble, but I will be thinking of you.

Thanks for your donation Kerren, and thanks for your thoughts Mary.

My training ride the other night (about 15 miles) was the first on my new bike - I am blaming the tight hamstrings on my saddle, but I may be wrong
