I have been roped into/volunteered to join a team from my work doing the British Heart Foundation London 2 Brighton Cycle Ride on 17th June. You have not yet had any answers to this.. so I say Good On You, and I hope you will not be too saddle-sore at the end of 17 June.
We will be sorry that you can't be in two places at once, but I for one will give you a little bit of support for the BHF (will go through the web link).

One of the GPs I worked for did this with some other members of the local Primary Care Trust a couple of years ago, walked like John Wayne for a week afterwards.

We alredy covenant to BHF as in-laws both died of heart trouble, but I will be thinking of you.
