Aint life a bitch ? There's always the DFC bar for a very reasonable pint. One 0f the perks of Management, I suppoe.

Incidently, there's a two page spread today in the local paper about the invasion of the Common Garden Spider in and around the Mole Valley. Thankfully, I find 'em fascinating fella's to watch.

That's almost 3€, which could make it cheap. A caña, which is a small glass, is about 1€, and you need more than 3 to make a pint.
My brother took me to a pub just off the north side of Oxford Circus, where the price of a good beer was most agreeable. It was so good that I took advantage and can't remember the price, but will be visiting on my next visit to London.

It is a pity, but I don't visit Pubs much, these days --- However I believe that Real Ale, is the only thing worth paying any money at all for ---- (Whoops ! Pedants ---) For which to pay any money !
There are some really good ones about, mostly Regional, but well worth a try !
